Established in 2007, Campeador Sports Management is a UK based football agency dedicated to providing a holistic approach to representation. Our goal is simple –  to provide the most honest, complete and personal service possible.

We strive to remove outside pressures which can distract our athletes, allowing them to do what they do best, perform on the pitch. We are not concerned with having 100’s of clients unlike some of our larger counterparts, we are concerned with providing extensive and complete representation and offering our clients the finest provision possible. We take a vested interest into the careers of each and every one of our clients; we are not here just to make a few quid.

At the heart of everything we do is trust. We appreciate that our athletes entrust us with managing their careers and in return we are committed to delivering complete transparency to every one of our clients, regardless of how uncomfortable that can sometimes be. We not only nurture our athletes as players, but we nurture them as people, with the end goal of setting them and their family up for life, and creating a sustainable future.

Established in 2007 by Barry Wilson, Campeador Sports Management was born from Barry’s vision to provide players with much more than just boot deals, and contract negotiations. Barry saw an opportunity to create an agency which provided total management and helped alleviate the pressures placed on modern footballers.

Since its creation, Campeador Sports Management has gained a solid reputation, and developed a vast network of partners across the UK, Europe and America.
